 1. Prices will be charged in accordance with the price list above and will be fully set out in the Booking Form. 2. A daily rate consists of eight hours. In the event of overrun, the appropriate hourly charge will be applied. 3. For appointments located outside a 20-mile radius of Wrexham and Chester, a mileage charge will apply at the rate of 35p per mile. 4. For appointments in London, travel expenses will be agreed at the time of booking. 5. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or direct payment into the Supplier’s bank account. 6. In respect of Services to be supplied over two weeks beyond the date of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable at the time of booking the Service. The balance of the price is payable 14 days in advance of the date the Service is to be provided. 7. In respect of Services to be provided within two weeks of the date of booking, the full price is payable on the date the Service is provided. 8. In the event that a booking is cancelled by the Client, the following Cancellation Charges will apply: a. Cancellation between 6 to 4 weeks of the date that the Service is to be provided – 50% of the outstanding balance b. Cancellation between 4 to 2 weeks of the date that the Service is to be provided – 75% of the outstanding balance c. Cancellation within 2 weeks of the date that the Service is to be provided – 100% of the outstanding balance. The above prices apply as at 1st January 2008, but may be revised at any time, at the Supplier’s discretion. |
